Kate Brady, M.Ac.OM. drawers on her knowledge of the ancient arts of acupuncture and Chinese Herbalism with the modern pioneering work of bio-energetic therapy to create a holistic type of healing that addresses the client's needs on many levels.

Kate is U.S. national board-certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbalism and is a graduate of the 4-year Barbara Brennan School of Healing, one of the leading energy-healing institutions.

Additionally, she is trained in Taoist Qi Gong Healing and aromatherapy.

Gateway to Wholeness
Life is an on-going journey of awakening. Along the way we are often challenged by pain, illness, confusion or loss on many levels of our being --- physical, energetic, emotional or even spiritual. It is through our pain and loss that we enter the gateway to a deeper understanding of ourselves. Crisis is, in a very real sense, the opportunity for profound change.

In Gateway to Wholeness sessions, the aim is to empower the client to meet his or her life challenge wherever it exists. The intention is to access the client’s own deepest wisdom and set his or her own capacity for self-healing in motion. Through this work greater awareness is developed, negative patterns are dissolved, pain and illness are eased and greater vitality, joy and well-being are experienced.

Therapeutic Tool
The tools used in this work have been developed over nearly two decades of study and practice in China, Japan and the USA. The tools are drawn primarily from two powerful healing systems --- Oriental Medicine and Brennan Healing Science.

From Oriental Medicine we learn the ancient wisdom of flowing with the cycles of nature and balancing the yin and yang aspects of our being. Drawing on her knowledge of Oriental Medicine, Kate Brady uses deep relaxation, sound, aroma and color techniques to unblock our vital energy. From Brennan Healing Science we learn to work with our Human Energy Field, the aura which surrounds and interpenetrates our physical body. Each level of our HEF contains its own challenges and its own wisdom and requires very specific healing techniques. When our energy field is balanced we are better able to meet our life challenges and heal ourselves. Bioenergy therapy facilitates healing on the many levels of our HEF.

Kate Brady, M.Ac.Om. (MA in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) holds an MA from the Tai Hsuan Foundation and received a US board certification in acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. She had a private acupuncture practice in the Washington, DC area for many years. Kate is also a graduate of the 4-year Barbara Brennan School of Healing, a world leader in the field of energy medicine and personal transformation . She has studied many related fields and is certified in aromatherapy, qigong, Reiki and Toyohari Acupuncture. She is a long-time student of Hatha Yoga and Siddha Yoga Meditation.
