Quick reference guide to using aromatherapy oils.

• Aromatherapy oils are concentrated and must be diluted with a carrier oil such as almond oil for use on the body.
• Use 10 drops of essential oil for every 10ml of carrier oil.
• Add 5 drops to a bath, footpath or hand bath.
• Add 1-3 drops to a candle or diffuser.
• Add 10 drops to a humidifier.
• Add 5-10 drops to your washing to make your clothes smell magnificent and kill off germs and bacteria (don’t use with bleach).
• Clean your house safely. The aromatherapy oils Lavender, Eucalyptus,
Lemon Eucalyptus and Peppermint Eucalyptus are antibiotic, antiseptic, anti-viral
and antifungal. Add 5 drops to some water & a gentle soap to effectively & safely
clean your home.
• Keep essential oils away from children and don’t get themin your
eyes.
• Treat them with care as although they are 100% natural they are very powerful.
