Expression Unlimited is a unique blend of arts-based teaching/learning and expressive arts therapy reflecting current research in cognitive science and its effect on creativity.
The arts (music, drawing and painting, movement, drama, stories and writing) provide an enjoyable and gentle outlet for self-expression and can unlock reserves of personal strengths and abilities. Through guided arts activities, a variety of personal, academic or professional challenges can be addressed and solutions can be explored with an eye to emotional, intellectual and physical balance.
Each client receives his or her own program after a free initial consultation. Services at home, school or office are available on a short-term or long-term basis for individuals, pairs, families or special groups.
Creativity and Healing workshops can be designed to meet the needs of schools, corporations or special groups, such as clubs or religious organizations. Workshop themes include relaxation, developing creative potential, and interpersonal communication.
• Services are provided in the privacy of your home or another location of your choice.
• Rates are provided upon request.

David Howland is a Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, Certified Music Practitioner and certified teacher (Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA). He brings to
Expression Unlimited 25 years of experience in arts, teaching and therapeutic work. He is the co-author of Move to the Music: A Musical and Multisensory Resource.
David holds BA (honors and Phi Beta Kappa) and MAT degrees from the State University of New York. He has studied with Don Campbell (author of The Mozart Effect) and renowned psychologist Howard Gardner at Harvard University.
He is a member of the National Expressive Therapy Association (USA), American Music Therapy Association and Japanese Music Therapy Association.
