FINDING YOUR BALANCE

Doors open: 6:15pm
Presentation: 6:30-8:45pm

Inviting you to discover and learn the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda that examines constitution, emotional nature and spiritual outlook in the context of the universe.

This workshop will focus on simplifying the principles of Ayurveda so we can learn how to better balance ourselves.

We will look at how the universal life force manifests as three different energies- called doshas: vata, pitta and kapha and different ways we can balance ourselves, namely through food and the six tastes as well as looking ahead to Spring- the season of change and how best to work with this change.
